This was my wife’s mother’s recipe and is one of the best tasting pumpkin pies that I ever tried.
Instructions
- Combine eggs, sugar, salt and spices.
- gradually stir in milk and then pumpkin
- turn into 9" pie crust
- bake in hot oven at 450 deg. for 10 minutes.
- reduce heat to 350 deg. and then bake for 20-25 minutes or until firm.
